2025 Resolution Information 

Article XIV Section 9  

Resolutions to be considered by any convention of this ASSOCIATION must be received by the Secretary no later than 30 days immediately preceding the opening of the convention. Any resolution that may have a cost factor shall be submitted to the ASSOCIATION Secretary‐ Treasurer for costing prior to submission to the ASSOCIATION Secretary‐Treasurer.

The ASSOCIATION Secretary‐Treasurer shall forward all proposed resolutions to each local no later than 14 days immediately preceding the opening of the convention.  

Late resolutions, herein defined as resolutions submitted between the 30‐day period immediately preceding the convention and/or emergency resolutions, herein defined as resolutions submitted during the convention itself, may be received for consideration upon unanimous consent of convention delegates.  

 

Members having resolutions which they desire considered, must submit the same in writing to the ASSOCIATION Secretary prior to ten o’clock (10:00) on the last day of Convention.
