We’re pleased to welcome you to the 4th Annual Curtis Oscar Noble Legislative Conference, a gathering rooted in legacy, driven by purpose, and focused on strengthening the voice of Alberta’s Fire Fighters and Paramedics.
This year’s theme, Partners in Progress, reflects the belief that meaningful progress is built through connection, collaboration, and shared action. Noble Leg brings affiliate leaders together with elected officials, guest speakers, industry professionals, and one another to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and advance the issues that matter to our members.
Through legislative advocacy, engaging speakers, practical workshops, panel discussions, and opportunities for meaningful conversation, this year’s conference is designed to provide value for your entire Local Executive Board while strengthening our collective advocacy across Alberta.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Curtis Oscar Noble Legislative Conference, taking place November 16-18 at the Matrix Hotel in Edmonton.
This year’s conference brings together IAFF Alberta Affiliate Leaders for three days of engagement, collaboration, and advocacy, with guest speakers, interactive workshops, panel discussions, legislative engagement, Question Period at the Alberta Legislature, and our annual MLA Reception.
